Our offer is available for an unlimited period and is subject to change without notice.
The recipient will treat all offers and information in confidence. If the company can prove that any third party has concluded a contract with a provider as the result of an indiscretion for which he (the recipient) is responsible, the recipient will be required to pay a commission of 3.57% – including the statutory value added tax – of the commercial value of the contract.
On production of evidence of such a contract or of evidence that the recipient has brokered the acquisition of a property by him or a relative, the recipient will, despite having received a commission from the other party, pay the company a commission of 3.57% – including the statutory value added tax – of the commercial value of the contract, including all related ancillary arrangements and substitute transactions (rental instead of purchase or purchase instead of rental).
If the matter proven by the company terminating in a signed contract is already known to the recipient, he will declare this to the company within five days and will produce evidence as to how he came by this information. The company will not be obliged to accept objections asserted against it.
The company is dependent on the information from the vendor, tenant/lessee, lessor, construction companies or real estate developers and the authorities in respect of the property. No liability can be accepted for the correctness or completeness of the information. Neither will the company accept any guarantee for the properties or for creditworthiness.
Rivona GmbH will accept no tangible assets in fulfilment of contractual agreements between vendor and prospective client.
